2. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files to capture

track users' movement in aggregate, troubleshoot problems, and gather

interests, offer access to our design tools, order samples and to

If you contact Carvart via e-mail or a "Contact Us" form,
we may keep a record of that correspondence. We will try to respond
in a timely manner. Carvart also occasionally asks users to complete
surveys that we use for research purposes. From time to time we

provided within your e-mail. Note: If you unsubscribe or remove
yourself from our mailing lists it will not stop e-mail that responds

Icommunicate will manage our e-cast and response data. The information
that we collect is used to determine the effectiveness of our in-house
information distribution system and while we will know who responded
the information is not shared with any other outside or Third Parties.

that you gave permission to the owner of the purchased/rented/leased
e-mail list and therefore we are in compliance with this Privacy

Carvart and iCommunicate use state-of-the-art technology to safeguard
your information in a secure manner. Your information will be encrypted
using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You may edit your information
at any time by using your password.
Carvart takes steps to ensure that your information is treated
securely and in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions
and this privacy policy. Unfortunately data transmission over the
Internet cannot be guaranteed as 100% secure. Therefore, while we
strive to protect your information, Carvart cannot ensure or warrant
the security of this site, and you use it at your own risk.
Carvart will release customer's Personal Information if required
to do so by law or by search warrant, subpoena or court order.
The Carvart website is currently hosted in the United States. The
fact that your data is being processed outside the European Economic
Area may mean that your rights under EU Data Protection legislation
